Royal Gold Mini Highbanker with 800 GPH Pump
The Royal Gold Mini Highbanker combines commercial-style strength and recovery features in a compact, 14-pound package. Built from durable .063-inch aluminum with a fully welded stand, this portable highbanker is designed to accept full-size shovel loads while remaining manageable enough for remote prospecting locations.
Run it directly from a creek, river, pond, or other suitable water source. Add your own reservoir and tailings bucket to create a recirculating system for locations where natural water flow is unavailable.
Rugged Classification System
The heavy-duty grizzly handles the initial classification where most of the impact and wear occur. Oversized rocks are separated before the remaining material enters the recovery section, helping maintain proper water flow and reducing unnecessary loading on the riffles.
The fully welded stand provides a stable platform, while four independently adjustable 24-inch legs make it easier to establish the proper slope on uneven ground.
Multi-Stage Gold Recovery
Material passing through the grizzly moves across expanded metal and five zinc-plated riffles. This layered recovery system creates the turbulence and low-pressure zones needed to separate gold from lighter sand and gravel.

Water and Power Requirements
The included pump requires a suitable 12-volt power source. Royal Manufacturing recommends a 12-volt, 35-amp-hour sealed lead-acid battery for this highbanker. Battery runtime will vary according to battery condition, capacity, wiring, and operating conditions.
Battery, reservoir, tailings bucket, concentrates, classifiers, and cleanup tools are not included.
Recirculating Operation
To operate as a recirculating highbanker, add a suitable water reservoir and tailings-management container. Royal Manufacturing recommends a 30-gallon reservoir with a separate tailings bucket.
Position the tailings bucket to collect larger discharged material and help prevent debris from returning to the pump. Monitor the water level and sediment buildup throughout operation.
Setup and Recovery Tips
Set the highbanker on firm ground and adjust each leg until the sluice is stable with a consistent downward pitch. Begin with moderate water flow and test the recovery system before processing large amounts of material.
Feed material evenly rather than overloading the hopper. Adjust the slope and water flow until lighter material clears the riffles while heavier black sand remains concentrated behind them. Operating conditions will vary with clay content, gravel size, black-sand concentration, and water availability.

With addition of your 30-gallon reservoir and tailing bucket (Not included), you can turn this High banker unit into a Recirculator! The 100% welds on stand makes it one very durable unit. Please don’t confuse this unit with cheap imitations! This is a rugged well-built unit that can withstand the weight of a man standing on the Grizzly. This is where the classification is done and all the abuse takes place.
