This mat is absolutely effective and very well made. I couldn't be happier.
The customer service is A+.
My complete order wasn't in stock so High plains had to ship in multiple boxes not like most vendors would do and hold everything until it could be shipped all together to save a few dollars on shipping. I received a email the next day explaining what to expect.
Unfortunately during the decision of boxes my order got mixed up and i didn't receive everything.... like most i worried about the hassle I'm going to experience trying to get this corrected.......
One call to the gentleman at high plains prospecting that lasted about 4 minutes and everything was taken care of i was blown away by how pleasant their staff was and easy the correction went.
I had the rest of my stuff in a few days.
Everything i have gotten is worth every penny. I'm definitely shopping with them again for all my prospecting need.
