The LG15 is an excellent choice for detectorists who want improved target separation in trash-filled areas, greater maneuverability around obstacles, and enhanced sensitivity to small targets.

Whether you're searching for coins in heavily hunted parks, recovering jewelry from playgrounds, exploring old homesteads, or hunting for small gold nuggets, the LG15 provides a versatile option for challenging detecting environments.

This package includes the LG15 search coil, protective coil cover, and mounting hardware.

Key Features & Benefits

• Compact 6" Search Coil: Ideal for detecting in tight spaces and areas with numerous obstacles.

• Double-D (DD) Design: Provides effective target separation and performance in a variety of ground conditions.

• Excellent Target Separation: Helps identify desirable targets located close to nails, iron, and other metal trash.

• Sensitive to Small Targets: A great option for finding small jewelry, coins, and other tiny metal objects.

• Waterproof Construction: Suitable for underwater detecting within the manufacturer's specified depth rating.

• Lightweight & Maneuverable: Makes it easier to search around rocks, roots, playground equipment, and other obstacles.

• Protective Coil Cover Included: Helps shield the bottom of the coil from scratches and abrasion.

• Mounting Hardware Included: Provides the hardware needed to attach the coil to your detector's lower shaft.

Why Choose a 6-Inch Search Coil?

Smaller search coils offer several advantages when detecting in difficult environments.

Better Target Separation

In areas containing nails, bottle caps, pull tabs, and other metal debris, a smaller coil detects a more limited area of ground at one time. This can help your detector distinguish desirable targets from nearby trash.

Excellent Maneuverability

The compact LG15 coil is ideal for detecting around:

• Playground equipment

• Rocks and exposed bedrock

• Tree roots and bushes

• Fence lines

• Tight spaces between obstacles

• Iron-contaminated historic sites

Small Gold and Jewelry Detection

The LG15 is a useful option for searching for small gold jewelry, earrings, thin chains, and natural gold nuggets where ground conditions and target size favor a compact coil.

Comfortable Detecting

Its smaller size makes it easy to maneuver during extended hunts, especially in confined or heavily obstructed areas.

Get More from Your Nokta Legend

The standard search coil is excellent for covering open ground, but a smaller coil can make a significant difference when hunting areas with heavy iron contamination or limited space.

The Nokta LG15 6" DD Search Coil gives your original Legend the maneuverability and target separation needed to tackle challenging locations and uncover targets that may be difficult to isolate with a larger coil.
