This Thresher model includes the dedicated waterproof connector required by the Minelab CTX 3030. The high-quality, Minelab-approved connector is manufactured by Holin and provides a secure connection to the detector.

This is the CTX 3030 version. It will not fit the Minelab Manticore, Equinox, X-TERRA or other detectors that use a different headphone connection.

Care Instructions

After using the headphones in saltwater, rinse the earcups, cable and connector thoroughly with clean freshwater. Allow all components to dry completely before storage. Inspect the connector and sealing surfaces before every underwater hunt, and follow Minelab’s instructions for attaching waterproof headphones.

Although the Thresher headphones are rated beyond 100 feet, the Minelab CTX 3030 is waterproof only to 10 feet or 3 meters. Never exceed the detector’s stated waterproof depth.
