Minelab Manticore Metal Detector M15 Double-D Coil with Skidplate - 15" x 12"

After years of exciting metal detector adventures, and finding some really neat artifacts, it’s time to pass the excitement, stories, and love of treasure hunting on to my daughter. It is also time to retire my old favorite CXT3030 detector for a state of the art new machine, a Minelab Manticore. High Plains Prospectors made it all possible. They took in my old machine as a trade and made me a fair deal. Now my daughter has a powerful machine that she can basically use right out of the box.. I hope she enjoys metal detecting as much as as I have! There is nothing better than the feeling of returning something like a ring or necklace to an owner that felt they lost a piece of their life. Minelab Manticore High Power Metal Detector

It works great and does everything my Equinox 600 does but a lot better and this one has more bells and whistles. Ticket is to learn the detector and then review.

I honestly think it is an excellent machine but it is so difficult to access the full potential of it without a hard copy of the owners manual, and for that reason I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
