Apply JSP® Coin Duller sparingly according to the manufacturer's directions using a soft cloth, cotton swab, or applicator. Work gradually until the desired antique appearance is achieved. Once finished, gently wipe away any excess material and allow the item to dry completely before handling or applying any protective conservation products.
Always test on an inconspicuous area first. Because every metal reacts differently, use caution when treating valuable coins, historically significant artifacts, or rare collectibles. Excessive restoration or artificial toning may reduce the numismatic or historical value of collectible items.
