High Power Adjustable 2000 Lumen Rechargeable Flashlight

Bought products, they shipped everything except the main item. Kept telling different shipping dates and excuses. Make them put hands on item before buying as they said it was in stock, had not been made yet.
Customer service was not honest.

Just bought this flashlight in Kitchener Ontario Canada. I was looking forward to using it.
As soon as I plugged it in to charge I noticed ALL charging lights lit up even though it wasn't charged at all.
5 seconds later it started heating up in my hand and then started smoking! I thought I had the battery reversed (there's no instructions with this flashlight). I let it cool down, turned the Battery around and it started heating up and smoking right away. I think this could be a dangerous product. What would have happened if I'd left it unattended!

This is a flashlight you need for your home or outdoor activities. Best flashlight I’ve purchased and less than $20.00. It is both rechargeable or included is a battery pack that accepts AAA batteries if you don’t want to use the included rechargeable battery.
