Went with the 30 inch pick with three magnets. Loving this thing so far. I dug a target that was holding a pile of nails and a piece of gold.⛏️⛏️⛏️

Sturdy tool to have.
I bought the 36” handle.
I live in the Sierra Nevada and get out to hike/prospect at least once a week.
So far this tool has not let me down. I’ve used it to pick apart compacted gravels, pry apart football size gravel, chip out quartz vein samples, roll logs, break branches and climb near vertical banks.
I will eventually get the larger model too.

Excellent quality. Very heavy duty. I don’t think I could ever wear it out. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The Apex pick you sent looks awesome and it seems very heavy duty. I haven't gotten out to the hills to put it to use yet but just by handling it I can tell it is super sturdy and definitely the right choice for what I want.
