I ordered 2 sets of bolts and when I got my package there was only 1 set. I called and left a voicemail message about the missing set. The same day they sent another one out. I got it within a few days. I was expecting another set but only got 1 bolt and not 2. Although I didn’t get what I ordered I still gave a 5 star because the customer service was excellent.
