The Minelab Manticore metal detector's rain/dust cover offers protection from scratches, rain, dust and dirt which you will encounter while detecting. Velcro closure on the rear of the cover is for ease of access to the charging and headphone ports.
Black waterproof nylon Cordura material and clear vinyl front make the covers very durable and not bulky. The manufacturer, Dean Ricker, learned to sew in the military and has been making covers for metal detectors for over 10 years after getting into the hobby.
I really like the design of the pad, easy on easy off. I had to get use to where the on and off button is due to you can’t see it, but once you know no problem. It doesn’t work well with Polaroid glasses but neither does the screen protector that comes with the Manticore on the glass screen. So I just use regular sun glasses problem fixed. So I highly recommend this Ricker touch pad it really protects the machine, good job!
