These are high quality aluminum signs. They have been up on my first mining claim for over a year now, and show no wear from the sun or rain, just use a permanent ink Sharpie to fill in your info. I think the professional look helps prevent vandals from knocking down the location monument and corner posts. I just re-ordered these for my second mining claim.
