After saltwater use, rinse the headphones, cable and connector thoroughly with clean freshwater. Allow all components to dry completely before storage. Although the Thresher headphones are rated beyond 100 feet, compatible Nokta LEGEND and SIMPLEX detectors are generally rated for submersion only to 10 feet or 3 meters. Always follow the waterproof limit specified for your exact detector model.
