BUCKET NOT INCLUDED
Create a compact recirculating gold-recovery system with the GeoSluice Bucket Sluice Concentrator Combo. This package includes the durable ABS bucket sluice, 500 GPH pump, hose, water-control valve, fitting, and mounting bungee—leaving you to add a standard five-gallon bucket, water tub, and compatible power source.
The bucket-mounted design is ideal for processing classified material, paydirt, and concentrates at home, camp, or in the field. Discharged gravel remains inside the bucket while water drains into the surrounding tub and recirculates through the pump.
This combo eliminates the guesswork involved in matching the bucket sluice with basic water-supply components. The included 500 GPH pump supplies the required water flow, while the control valve lets you adjust the flow for different material sizes and feed rates.
The included bungee secures the concentrator to the bucket, creating a compact setup that is easy to transport and store.
The GeoSluice Bucket Sluice is molded from sturdy 1/8-inch ABS plastic rather than thin disposable plastic. The textured interior helps separate compacted material and encourages lighter sand to move through the sluice while gold settles into the recovery zones.
GeoSluice owns the molds and manufacturing rights for this design and backs the bucket sluice with a one-year warranty.

Use a standard five-gallon bucket positioned inside a larger plastic water tub. Drill a hole at least 3/4 inch in diameter through the side of the bucket at the desired water level.
The hole allows water to drain from the bucket into the surrounding tub while keeping discharged gravel separated from the pump. Place the pump in the outer tub and connect it to the bucket sluice with the included hose, valve, and fitting.
The customer is responsible for modifying the bucket. Remove sharp edges around the drilled opening before use.
Place the five-gallon bucket inside a suitable water reservoir.
Drill a drainage hole at least 3/4 inch in diameter in the bucket.
Position the Bucket Sluice Concentrator on the bucket.
Secure it with the included bungee.
Connect the pump, hose, valve, and fitting.
Add enough water to keep the pump fully submerged.
Connect the pump to a compatible power source.
Begin with reduced flow and adjust the valve gradually.
Feed classified material slowly and evenly.
Never operate the pump dry. Disconnect power before adjusting the pump, hose, wiring, or sluice.
Classify material before processing to improve separation and prevent oversized rocks from restricting flow. Introduce small amounts at a steady rate and allow lighter material to clear before adding more.
Adjust the valve until the water is strong enough to exchange lighter sand without flushing gold from the recovery zones. Inspect the tailings while learning the proper flow and feed rate for your material.
